Details of 2 years limited warranty   1. The first year: if it is due to products’ quality, we will repair the products well without fee and pay for 50% shipping costs. 2. The second year: We will repair the products well without any fee, we will not be responsible for shipping charges. Details of 6 months limited warranty 1. The first 3 months: if it is due to products’ quality, we will repair the products well without fee and pay 50% shipping costs. 2. The second 3 months: We will repair the products well without any fee, we will not be responsible for shipping charges.

Exchange policy:

If the product does not work in 3 month, exchange is acceptable. Faulty items should be sent to our factory firstly. After we received the faulty one, replacement will be sent. If replacement need to be arranged before the receipt of faulty one, 100% deposit of the new items will be charged. Once we get the faulty one, deposit will be returned.

Notice:  

1. If the products are damaged by strong currency and misuse, we will repair. But if there are some main parts broken, such as CCD, lens and some other expensive parts, we will charge some fee and we will not pay for shipping costs.
